Reforms

  • Policy reform to be treated as a dynamic process within a given sector, and not a one-off policy change or a fixed set of institutional changes.
  • All the educational reforms to be made part of RRI (Regulations on Resident Instructions) after statutory approval
  • Reforms undertaken under NAHEP to be basis for future educational reform policy of university.

Infrastructure

  • Maintenance of equipment/physical infrastructure, environmental impact (sustainable use of natural resources)
  • Institutional capacity to implement/manage operations of the project on an ongoing basis throughout the technical life of the project with sustained stakeholder commitment..
